  On Sept. 10 the Essex Superior Court Justice David Lowy ruled that Saugus Community Television, Inc. (SCTV) Board of Directors must restrain from interfering with the operations of the town’s PEG cable access station.

  Lowy issued a preliminary injunction enjoining and restraining the SCTV Board of Directors from interfering with the selectmen from overseeing the PEG access channels, acting as managers of the PEG access channels and from disobeying the selectmen’s April 8 order to stop operations completely.

  Members of the SCTV Board of Directors include James Ravagno, Janice Jarosz, Thomas Lucey, David Cottam and Christopher Peatridge.

Richard Howard, you must be so proud of yourself.

Melodie Wing, the woman who allegedly forced herself into the presidency of WinCAM and won't let go of the position of power in Winchester community media, attacked a special needs' person who was on the air saying the show was "The worst access" she had ever seen.

THIS WRITER, with the courage to point out the inconsistency in her warped thinking, at a board meeting, looked at the wench in the eye and said:

"Now you know I love you, Melodie, but NO PRESIDENT of a board of directors should EVER accept a PRODUCER OF THE YEAR AWARD. That is for the members, not the board of directors."

I will go to my grave standing by that fact.

Melodie Wing has won two awards, Allan J. Eyden one award; it's sick.  They are supposed to oversee the station for the community, but those selfish individuals use it as their private playpen, just as Francis R. Pilleri, Jr. did in Medford until we finally got the Mayor to pull the plug.

Pilleri's been removed from access TV in Medford and it took me years to achieve that important goal.  But as the police said to me "YOU WON!"

Yes, I won.  I won in Woburn/Stoneham as well in the 1990s, and intend to have Melodie Wing removed, and she will have the same reputation she earned for herself as other disasters who think they are omnipotent and put themselves above the members.

Gauthier was a huge mistake. He works well for a bad board of directors, and that's bad news for the citizens of Winchester paying the freight.

Gauthier is the enemy of the First Amendment; he harassed this producer while editing because he's an untalented bully jealous of people who have put close to 40 years into Access TV.

David Gauthier needs to be brought into a court of law to explain to a judge why an individual who claims Public Access is a "service business" can be such a con-artist and remove a paid member in good standing from editing a program that impacted Winchester residents who park in Medford.

It wasn't fair, and there is a list of unhappy people that Melodie Wing has left in her trail of selfish, self-serving policies that help no one but Wing and her cronies with their ugly policies. 

So the frauds at WinCAM, selfishly using the station for their own personal agenda, with a lying rat bastard out of Salem making up stories about me at every board meeting, that son of a bitch David Gauthier, a buffoon who has one redeeming quality - standing next to him I feel like Twiggy and that the diet is working!!!! ... Actually he has a second redeeming quality, he's a great interior decorator, the place looks good, but it is a house of cards, hollow, and about to collapse with a jackass employee they hired because he was the roommate of the foul-mouthed "teacher's pet."

Got that, Mr. Howard, Town Manager?  Tell the Issuing Authority Selectmen to get off of their collective asses and do the right thing, fire Ms. Wing.

It's as ugly as Wing's policies at WinCAM.

Now, is it not true that Wing wants "transparency" - or her dirty lying lips say so, but then she doesn't want to abide by the Bylaw calling for a non-profit to adhere to the open meeting law. Do we have that straight?

So she doesn't want transparency, but her mouth drools that she does want transparency, she just wants to take the open meeting law out of the equation?  Is that correct?

WinCAM has a Bylaw to have Winchester residents only, but opened the station up to everyone to "help" Woburn and Belmont.

While Medford has NO access TV station, I heard that someone at WinCAM mailed a check back to a Medford resident (not me) while the station was still accepting new members from outside.

Another witness claims that WinCAM refused to call him back to join.

So when you talk about sleazy policies and deceptive business practices, consider that WinCAM is faced with allegations that they didn't want members...mailing a check back, not calling someone back.

It's potentially discrimination and certainly is picking and choosing who they want.

David Gauthier is a talentless hack and his destruction of WinCAM is obvious.  Look at the programming...how did that "Smores Fest" work out for them?

We heard it was as much as a disaster as Frankie Pilleri's private MCC parties where Pilleri would hire a police officer to keep people out.  Only WinCAM didn't need to hire a cop, people are allegedly fleeing from WingCAM, the personal, private access station with Melodie Wing giving the middle finger to anyone who doesn't kiss her ass.


According to someone we'll identify as "J.L." (the names have been changed to protect...) when he was at Woburn District Court a woman came down the stairs yelling at Wing  "YOU F@#%@NG BITCH MELODIE."

That's your president of WinCam, being yelled at in a public place like a court house allegedly (if you can believe J.L.) and embarrassed in public, with J.L. laughing about the incident, laughing at the woman who treats him like a surrogate son and let's him get away with way too much.

Yep.  Closed shop.  And David Gauthier loves it. A closed shop where Gauthier gets overpaid and is a dunce, a moron, a classless individual grabbing a paycheck while censoring important community affairs like parking in the city next door.

David Gauthier's unbelievable e mail will come back to bite him in another venue, mark my words.

He censored a member, while Wing ridiculed a member doing a show with no staff, while Wing, her highness - sitting on her ass - has an elder person allegedly doing the work for her. So she awards him Producer of the Year, the nice old fellow not knowing the allegation that he's being used and squeezed like a ketchup bottle by the unprincipled and immoral attorney Melodie A. Wing.  

A woman screaming at Wing in a court house is all you need to know about her popularity. If Wing didn't fire people who disagree with her and bully members, the place would be functional.

Melodie Wing is the Problem.  Allan Eyden and Peter Pongratz just as much so.  WinCAM is suffocating under Eyden, Wing and Pongratz with a jackass like David Gauthier sinking the ship.

Wing can't get rid of Gauthier because she's already a two-time loser with E.D.'s on her watch, and Gauthier was the runner-up, the guy they wanted to hire didn't take the gig.  Second hand Rose David Gauthier don't give a damn, he's just happy to put E.D. on his resume, though he didn't earn it.  He's a bastard and he will be exposed at the right time in the proper (legal) forum for his censorship policies and bullying.  Rest assured of that.

Then WinCAM can avoid allegedly being the next LynnCAM.  Not in the monetary aspect, from what we've seen WinCAM watches its p's and q's with the financials, but the dishonesty in how they take money from members and then bully them and force them out while keeping at least one member's money.   Creeps, and your kids are at risk when they let dirty talk happen on the premises in front of fourteen year olds.

Imagine having such a low-self image that you have to tell young teenagers about all the women you think you slept with?  Ugggggh...Telling that story to parents in the area they are appalled and disgusted and cannot believe that the dude wasn't arrested.

But Melodie Wing allows the sexual harassment of young teenagers by her surrogate son, and that is sick.

Melodie Wing, in my opinion, is a very sick woman.  Richard Howard, have you no shame?

Begin the investigation and rid WinCAM of those dirty people who allowed filth on high school property.

Winchester is such a closed little community, like the Catholic Church, see no evil, hear no evil...and the evil envelopes and takes over.

The Winchester High School "hit list" is bringing renewed attention to the dirty, filthy "hit on list" an employee of WinCAM wrote to brag to the young students about all the women he allegedly had intercourse with.

Even IF the intercourse was in the damn fool's imagination, it was still "filth-talk" around children...and there's still that troublesome e-mail letter he wrote to someone who was an independent contractor which was pure harassment and age discrimination.

There's a long list of unhappy people who worked for Melodie Wing's dictatorship, and that is telling.

That woman's ugly policies and the ruthless two board members who work in concert with her, unqualified individuals using the access station but not knowing how to do the heavy lifting those BOARD MEMBERS use the PAID STAFF to do the work for THEM, not for YOU

They abuse MEMBERS, they take your money, rip you off, lie about you and kick you in the backside. 

I've seen the real Melodie Wing at Many board meetings and the way she operates is repugnant.

Not going to say more on the blog right now, but I will say EXACTLY that "more" in an e mail to Town Manager Richard Howard.

What you won't see here right now (but you will at a later date,) Howard will see sooner than later.

You can bet on that.

It's a horror story, a horror show, the EXPLOITATION OF MEMBERS and exploitation of former paid staff.

It's downright evil, and it is the flower of Melodie Wing's deceptive way of doing business.

She's a jerk.

Melodie Wing, Peter Pongratz, Allan Eyden, David Gauthier --- those four individuals are responsible for the homo-bashing done by two immature hacks, one still at the station, one an independent contractor.

Paid staff getting paid to do their own not-so wonderful show and using the former minors (who have now grown up) as slave labor.

 There is a list of hideous practices exacted on ex members and ex employees.  It will be detailed fully for the authorities in Boston as well as the Selectmen and Town Manager.

One thing is certain, Gauthier and the three creepy board members must resign or be removed by the Issuing Authority.

AG’S ACTION SEEKS TO RECOVER MISAPPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR THE CHARITY

BOSTON — The current and former president of Lynn Community Access and Media, Inc. (LynnCAM), along with two of their family members, have been sued for misappropriating tens of thousands of dollars of the charity’s funds for their own personal use, Attorney General Maura Healey announced today. Two other board members have also been sued for failing to exercise proper oversight of the charity’s operations. 

The AG’s Office filed a lawsuit yesterday in Suffolk Superior Court against Karen Chapman, LynnCAM’s former president; her husband, John Chapman; Robert Sewell, LynnCAM’s current president; Almanzo Rodriguez, Robert Sewell’s brother-in-law; Cynthia Demakes, LynnCAM’s treasurer; and Lawrence McCully, a LynnCAM director. A preliminary injunction hearing has been set for April 2 in Suffolk Superior Court.

LynnCAM is a Massachusetts charitable non-profit corporation organized in 2005 that operates a community television studio for the purpose of providing public, educational and municipal access.

“We allege that these defendants abused their positions of power and were responsible for the misappropriation of charitable funds from this non-profit,” said Attorney General Healey. “Actions such as the ones alleged here cause financial harm to the charity and its mission and undermine the public’s trust. We hope that through this action, we can recover the money rightfully owed back to the charity.”

In the lawsuit, the AG’s Office alleges that Karen and John Chapman, along with Sewell, treated LynnCAM’s charitable funds as their own, using several thousands of dollars to make purchases at various retail stores, home improvement stores, restaurants and gas stations. The complaint also alleges that John Chapman, a plumber, used LynnCAM funds to purchase items used in connection with his business and never repaid the organization. 


Further, Sewell and John Chapman allegedly caused LynnCAM to issue numerous checks as payment for services that were never rendered, or to payees that did not exist, and then personally cashed those checks and retained the proceeds for their own personal use. 

The complaint alleges that Rodriguez benefited from those checks.
John Chapman was also allegedly paid more than $30,000 by LynnCAM in after-tax salary between 2012 and 2014, despite the fact that he was not an employee and a provision in the by-laws expressly precluded the organization from hiring relatives of its officers and directors. Likewise, Karen Chapman received more than $14,800 in payroll checks during that time despite the fact that the by-laws prohibited her from receiving compensation for her work there.

The complaint further alleges that Demakes, the treasurer, and McCully, a LynnCAM director, did not exercise proper oversight over LynnCAM’s affairs and failed to prevent the misappropriation and misuse of its charitable funds.

The AG’s lawsuit seeks to have the six defendants pay restitution to LynnCAM and also seeks to prohibit them from serving in any position of authority in any other Massachusetts public charity.

The Attorney General’s Office, through its Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division, is responsible for overseeing the public’s interest in the Commonwealth’s non-profit charitable organizations.

This matter is being handled by Assistant Attorney General Brett J. Blank and Deputy Chief Nora Mann of AG Healey’s Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division, and with assistance from Investigator Daniel Ferullo, also of the AG’s Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division. The Lynn Police Department provided assistance in this case.

Winchester Police are investigating a “hit list” at the town’s high school, according to a Friday email to parents, obtained by Boston.com sports blogger Bill Speros, @realOBF on Twitter.

A COLLEGE PROFESSOR LISTED ALL THE GIRLS HE SAID HE F#^%ED (had intercourse with.)  That's right, a college professor wrote out a hit list AT Winchester High School which the police have and it listed all the victims who slept (allegedly) with a fraud "teacher" at at 501c3 non-profit.  He didn't teach, he was talking about the woman's vagina LOUDLY on high school property saying it felt like a tiny "dime slot."
