Perhaps the most insulting fact facing suspicious board members is to be compared to the despicable Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., an entity forced out by the community it didn't serve and the Mayor that had enabled the wrongful conduct.
In Winchester the Selectmen have NOT been proactive when the bad element fixes itself inside a non-profit and uses the entity to serve the board and not the community.
