The First Amendment coming to Winchester. This blog - along with providing delusional parodies - is of great public interest on a topic the Towm Manager and Selectmen have not been proactive on - P/E/G TV that cable TV subscribers fund. It is our free speech right and needs to be protected by elected officials. All allegations regarding crony behavior are just that: allegations. All alleged cronies mentioned by name are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
