It is our free speech right and needs to be protected by elected officials. All allegations regarding crony behavior are just that: allegations. Did WinCAM censor in order to help Medford Mayor McGlynn?

Producer asks AG's office to INVESTIGATE and, if WinCAM is found in default, to strip WinCAM of its 501c3 status.

Was David Gauthier's vulgar, wrongful conduct actually a violation of the rules governing a 501c3 non-profit public charity? It sure seems like Gauthier's activities benefit himself more than the membership he is required to give "public service" to. See February 2015 SMORES event for alleged proof of that.

If so, could it be a violation of the Internal Revenue Code?

Attorney General's office just received the complaint today. Stay tuned.
