Dear Chief Albertelli and Town Manager Howard:

On Monday April 27, 2015, I was at the Springfield Basketball Hall of Fame for the Mass. Access conference.

As I was talking to a colleague (actually, the first executive director I ran a camera for in the 1980s) I was approached by WinCAM Board member Peter Pongratz, the malicious individual who threw me out of WinCAM for NO REASON WHATSOEVER, after years of David Gauthier attempting to have me bounced - after years of them making up, and then retracting, allegations and finally calling me a "member in good standing."

At about 1 PM yesterday afternoon Pongratz interrupts me while I'm in an important discussion about Medford access TV and tries to shake my hand.  My reply:

"Return me the membership you took away from me"
(paraphrased; I was flustered by Pongratz's audacity and can't remember the exact words, but that was the essence of it.)

Pongratz retracted his hand, just like Gauthier eating crow and retracting allegations.

Then Pongratz puts his hand on my shoulder?

Why would a sick individual like Peter Pongratz who robbed me of my $25.00 and membership approach me at a conference?

To harass me.

THEN, at 2:06 PM I received a phone call from Los Angeles about a guest for my show.  As I attempted to leave the theater David Gauthier had a camera and was blocking the entrance.

All the action was near the stage, my opinion is that Gauthier, who could see me (though I couldn't see him) may have intentionally blocked the door just to be a bully.

These are the vicious individuals at your access TV station in Winchester where the vulgar Melodie Wing hires some law firm for a phony baloney investigation. Not very objective.

My demand to Town Manager Howard and to the Issuing Authority Selectmen remains:

1)Remove Wing, Eyden, Pongratz and Gauthier

2)Reinstate my membership

and let's all be productive and happy.

Chief Albertelli, I did more Winchester work volunteering than most Winchester residents.

What you have are individuals hijacking access TV, just as the Pilleri gang did in Medford.

I'm not psychic, I've just been to this rodeo before.

Please advise Pongratz and Gauthier to keep their distance from this victim of their bad behavior and wrongful conduct.   I do not want to be touched by those two loathsome creatures, and any self-respecting Winchester resident should want them away from the non-profit, for obvious reasons.

Please put this on file.  Peter Pongratz touched me yesterday, put his hand on my person, and it was most unwelcome.

My colleague said to me "You're a man of convictions" when I apologized to him for the conduct of Pongratz.

The behavior of some members of the WinCAM board is unprofessional, and is not in the best interest of the town of Winchester.
