Federal Trade Commission receives COMPLAINT on Medford; Winchester is next

Dear Town Manager Howard,

You could have done the right thing, but you didn't.

At 12:05 AM today the Federal Trade Commission received a lengthy complaint on your pal, lame-duck Mayor Michael J. McGlynn.

Many in the community are crediting my public records requests in the Mayor's decision to walk away from the office after 28 years. I humbly respond that it was a team effort, but let us be realistic: McGlynn would remain in office if this journalist had not investigated.

We are batting 1,000.

David Gauthier, Melodie Wing, Eyden and Pongratz can look forward to complaints being filed with the Attorney General's non-profit division, the FCC, the FTC, the Governor of the Commonwealth and lots of other agencies you will be alerted to at the appropriate time.

Now do the simple math:

if we were able to remove the Mayor's uncle from the Medford Housing Authority (and that's a definite, in a published report, that this videographer got the information and went to Deval Patrick's office to remove the Mayor's uncle,) two city council presidents, an entire unethical tv station in Medford, and now a Mayor, even if we were just part of the team that got the Mayor to leave, how difficult do you think it will be to bring David Gauthier's wrongful conduct to the attention of the authorities?

Town Manager Howard you have an OBLIGATION to the community to look into the lack of membership, the phony baloney numbers, the incompetence of Anthony Gaimari, and the stupidity of Wing, Pongratz and Eyden. Go read the Gay vs. WinCAM lawsuit if you have any doubt.

We are hoping you do the right thing and remove the scoundrels, Town Manager, before we write tens of thousands of words to the appropriate authorities.

If you'll recall, our first annual S'MoresFest was supposed to take place in December during WinCAM Week, but we ended up having to postpone it because of foul weather.

Well, we rescheduled the event for last Thursday and I'm happy to say that it was a rousing good time. WinCAM members mingled with some new faces on a cold night kept warm by open fires right here in our parking lot!

If you missed it, never fear. We hope to hold this event annually and hope it will grow every year.

Melodie-GATE - Deflating the Ego of the Megalomaniacs at WinCAM

Dear Town Manager Howard:

Your good friend Mike McGlynn will no longer be Mayor after January 2016, if not sooner, and Councilor Camuso is stepping down. Many in the Medford community are giving my investigations credit for the removal of your pal from Medford politics.

We will be addressing the reprehensible situation at Winchester's public access TV station sooner than later, and with this hard work and honest effort paying off and cleaning up bad situations there's no doubt we will be equally effective when it comes to cleaning up Winchester anti-Community Access and Media.

The "Executive Director" builds a big office that is larger than the edit suites. He crams volunteer producers into a little room while the bloated ego of David Gauthier needs a huge office like he's the president of NBC. What a jerk. The people paying the freight get screwed by a megalomaniac who gives lip service, says it is a "service industry" but his actions are in direct conflict with the job description.

Melodie Wing's phony baloney investigation, having a woman allegedly using Winchester cable TV subscriber monies to hire an outside law firm to ignore hard evidence is just so typical of a woman drunk with power and abusing the access TV station as if it were her personal sandbox.

Attorney Melodie Wing with her pail and shovel being disrespectful to volunteer producers. Put a dunce cap on her and remove her from that 501c3 non-profit. Hard-working volunteers made WinCAM special. They left. Look at what you have now. It is not an access TV station, not when a "station manager" builds an office bigger than the edit suites.

Just a quick love letter to the Selectmen to note that I haven't forgotten you. Busy cleaning up Medford before putting full attention on cleaning up Winchester.

I'm batting 1,000 and have been quite effective working on behalf of the volunteers who deserve better than what Winchester has given them under the skewed, self-serving policies of Melodie Wing and her henchmen.

Do the right thing, Richard Howard. Mike McGlynn is leaving, and my public records requests that he can't answer in a timely fashion are a big reason why. A reason bigger than David Gauthier's bloated ego, and that's big indeed.

Do the right thing, Mr. Howard. Our public records requests will be working overtime to clean up WinCAM.

Melodie Wing's Phony Baloney "Confidential Investigation" into her own bad conduct

Hey Attorney Melodie Wing...

You know Dzhokhar Tsarnaev would love to use Winchester Cable TV subscriber monies to hire a law firm for an appeal, like your phony "confidential" alleged protection for your alleged very bad behavior, Melodie. Dshokhar was denied the access to the WinCAM funds to hire a law firm. Why is that? Why not make it a free for all???

You know, O.J. Simpson would loved to have used Medford cable TV subscriber monies for legal fees as that perjurer Frank Pilleri had to fess up, under oath, when asked who paid for his law suit against a gay man for the alleged break-up of the Pilleri marriage. Pilleri lost that case. He was also found to have violated the anti-SLAPP statute in his own case (once) and twice in the TV3 suits. The whimpering bully used to whacking people over the head with TV3 whispered "we did" when asked who funded the lawsuits. An irate attorney asked Pilleri again and Pilleri muttered under his whisper "MCC" - Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. paid for bad lawsuits instead of facilitating local programming.

Do you think, Melodie, rather than being honest and fessing up to your incompetence, that spending money to allegedly try to cover up the awful conduct of David Gauthier, J.L. and the other selfish individuals at WinCAM was wise? Enabling bad behavior?

BALTIMORE - The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced a $45,000 settlement of a lawsuit against the Baltimore Cable Access Corporation (BCAC), an operator of public access cable television, for firing a female manager after she complained about sex-based wage discrimination.

A Consent Decree between the EEOC and BCAC, which resolved the suit, was approved on April 25 by U.S. District Court Judge Catherine C. Blake of the District of Maryland. The suit charged BCAC with violating the Equal Pay Act of 1963 by terminating its first executive director, Karen E. Simmons-Beathea, in retaliation for her complaints that she was paid significantly less than her male counterparts in the industry and then compensating her male successor at a far higher salary for performing the same job.
