Commentary:

He's damaged goods.  If you go up to the Middlesex Superior Court and read the original case that was filed - the Commonwealth vs. Gary Zappelli, you will be HORRIFIED at the information ...but a judge didn't let the case go to trial after tons of money was spent by taxpayers in the original filing of the case and the taxpayer funded lawyer for that individual who told the court he is on food stamps and that he deserved a court-appointed (taxpayer funded) attorney.

Jul 14, 2010 - Winchester Community Access & Media (WinCAM) fired its top two ... Executive Director Stephen Gay and Production Supervisor Jennifer Wille .

Winchester Community Access & Media (WinCAM) fired its top two employees on July 12, Board of Directors President Melodie Wing confirmed, with the firing prompting a message on the station’s website from one of the disgruntled ex-employees.

 

 

Wille started at the station as a volunteer three years ago, Wing said, and Gay was hired in November 2007. The two were promoted to their current positions in August 2008. Wing said she did not include details about the firing in the e-mail in an effort to protect the privacy of the employees and the board’s executive session discussion.

“You wouldn’t know they were fired if they hadn’t put that out there,” she said. “We want to respect the privacy of the personnel involved.”

Wille said July 13 that she made the information public because she was appalled by the manner in which the firings were conducted.

 Fired member says WinCAM's reputation was destroyed

“When we came to the station, we had to restore a reputation that was destroyed,” she said. “When I started, we had seven hours of programming per week [between the two channels]. Now we have 48 hours per week … and will be adding a third channel.”

CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WINCHESTER COMMUNITY ACCESS AND MEDIA HAS A WAY OF ABUSING MEMBERS THROUGH THE SURROGATES WHO CREATE A HOSTILE ATMOSPHERE SO THAT THE STATION'S IMAGE CAN BE 'SHAPED' BY ATTORNEY MELODIE WING FOR HER IDEA OF ACCESS TV.

BASICALLY, WINCHESTER, YOU HAVE

WING - CAM - a Melodie Wing operated station, and if you look at her the wrong way, that woman AND her subordinates will sabotage your TV show, and your intellectual property could mysteriously vanish.

Wing veered off topic at a board meeting to call my program "the worst" public access she has ever seen.   Amazing since TV professionals have called it "the best show on Access in America."

Now who are you going to believe?  Professionals who reached tens of millions of people, or a conflicted "president" who is also a member...and who, in my opinion, is seething with envy.  

The last president of an access station that we heard of getting sued was Frank Pilleri at TV3.

So if Melodie Wing wants to have something in common with embattled Frank Pilleri, that's her choice.

Reportedly, at the Woburn Court House, a woman came down the stairs (and this is according to a member of the Boston College faculty) and screamed at Melodie Wing "You F@$($&G  B#^#H MELODIE" 

(basically, you procreating female dog, only using words much too harsh for the Urban Dictionary)

Now who are you to disagree with a film professor when he related that incident to this writer.

There was an application for a criminal complaint against WinCAM and WinCAM came to this volunteer for advice on a good lawyer.

I got them GODZILLA who won the case for them.   And look at the thanks you get, WinCAM kicks you in the teeth when you show them kindness.

Melodie Wing has a history now, and it isn't very pretty.  She stabbed me in the back and at a very inappropriate time. Caveat Emptor 

Opinion: Wing is jealous of people and wants to control the media in Winchester with her fingerprints clearly all over the wrongful conduct emanating from WinCAM, with a couple or three complete dolts on the staff (all male) forcing the station into the toilet.
