More information on the conspiracies at WinCAM, the closed little club and the insider "turf wars" that
are detrimental to public access in Winchester

Stay tuned.   Enough with the parodies for today.  Now it is back to the honest efforts and hard work it will take to expose Melodie Wing's poor performance and wrongful conduct and demand the Issuing Authority, the Selectmen of Winchester pressure the WinCAM  board to remove Wing, Eyden and backstabber Pongratz.

WHO REPRESENTS WINCAM?

IN THE ABOVE REFERENCED CASE,
WADE M. WELCH WAS THE ALLEGEDLY EXPENSIVE ATTORNEY PAID FOR PURPORTEDLY BY THE INSURANCE POLICY WINCAM HAS.

Mr. Welch is a distinguished former Assistant Attorney General (1971-1975) and former member of the Winchester Board of Selectmen (1979-1982.)

We trust that Mr. Welch is horrified by allegations of sexual harassment of the youth at the high school, staffers leaving the high school wide open on 3 consecutive weeks so that the paid staffers could allegedly seek dates, and the documented age discrimination, bullying and other egregious alleged actions of Joseph LaRocca and Salem resident David Gauthier and Anthony Gaimari

THIS MEANS INSURANCE RATES CAN POSSIBLY GO UP.

SO DO YOU, DEAR RESIDENT OF WINCHESTER AND DEAR ACCESS TV PRODUCER, THINK MELODIE WING SHOULD BE WASTING TIME, RESOURCES AND POLITICAL CAPITAL ON ARGUING WITH PEOPLE THE BOARD FIRED?

OR...SHOULD A PRESIDENT OF AN ACCESS TV BOARD OF DIRECTORS FIND A WAY TO MEDIATE?

KEEP IN MIND, WING IS AN ATTORNEY AND SHOULD KNOW BETTER.

JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW CARELESS MELODIE A. WING IS WITH PUBLIC ACCESS TV IN WINCHESTER
AND HOW SHE SWEPT AN AGE DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT UNDER THE RUG.

ATTENTION MR. WELCH:

This is how they are conducting themselves at WinCAM!  Do you want to make some money defending this garbage, or do you want to improve the town of Winchester by working to remove Wing, Pongratz, Eyden from the board of directors, and the negligent David Gauthier, Anthony Gaimari and Sean O'Brien from the staff, as well as part-timer Joseph LaRocca.

Exhibit A: David Gauthier not following the rules
Thu, 5/24/12, David Gauthier wrote:

If you want to be a stickler for the rules and have every rule followed to the letter, then you’ll probably have more of the professional – what you call “chill” – relationship.

I hope we can work this out to everyone’s satisfaction.

Exhibit B: Boston College faculty member engaging in Censorship

(Also an e mail from LaRocca demanding my newsletter not be published. It was published, pursuant to the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.)

What I've witnessed is Joe & Anthony producing their own show and promoting it at the
expense of other shows; two staffers asking members to co-produce their show and not
realizing that even subliminally it is an abuse of power because who is going to say "no"
to people who can retaliate if they don't get their way?

a)The Wonderful Show should not get priority placement on the WiNCAM website; it is not indicative of the WinCAM community, it is a show by
paid staffers using members to produce it.

b)The Board needs to step in and explain that harassing a member is not going to be
tolerated

c)I am absolutely afraid that I am being set up and that Gauthier, LaRocca and Gaimari
want the "tattler" removed.

I expected better from Joe LaRocca, who called me a "friend."

Exhibit C: Boston College faculty member engaging in age discrimination (FROM the individual who was supposed to teach Final Cut Pro, your teacher hard at work at WinCAM)

I am so jealous. Why can't I be an unemployed guy in his late 50s?

Have a nice weekend. Can't wait to see your "documentary" cut together, should be a treat.

I hope you come by WinCAM tomorrow so we can hash this all out in person.

EXHIBIT E
Attorney Melodie Wing violating the manual
in regards to treating EVERYONE with respect, the "open-door" policy, failure to stimulate and facilitate community discourse,
as well as her failed leadership, all indicators that Wade M. Welch should give a friendly call to Melodie Wing and tell her to resign.

EXHIBIT E

Pursuant to the rules set forth in the WinCAM Policies and Procedures Manual under
WinCAM’s Mission and Goals:

In pursuit of this mission WinCAM:
· Has an open-door policy where everyone is treated with respect;
·
· Serves as a catalyst to facilitate and stimulate community discourse and provide leadership in the use of video technology.

Your failure to abide by the Manual in regards to “…performance of the Executive Director” as wll as “…personnel matters and grievances…” pursuant to Article 9:

9. Personnel Policies
The Board of Directors shall be charged with … and the performance of the Executive Director and shall be responsible for related personnel matters and grievances and ,,,

Pursuant to Page 19 of the Policies and Procedures Manual HARASSMENT COMPLAINT PROCEDURE, WinCAM was supposed to hear my complaints and have them “resolved quickly and fairly.” You swept it under the wrong and antagonized me at a board meeting making a vulgar comment about my show being “the worst access” that you have ever seen.

EXHIBIT F  JULY 11, 2012

Joe,

I wanted to get back to you today with regard to your complaints of harassment and retaliation by staffers at WinCAM.

It is clear from the tone of your email to me this weekend that you are impatient for the outcome of the investigation into your complaints against Joe LaRocca and David Gauthier
( further words from Ms. Wing removed as it is irrelevant and immaterial better suited for my retaliation complaint against WinCAM - JV)

As you know, the wheels of justice turn slowly.  This matter is under review.  Should I have questions for you, I will let you know.
Melodie
