THERE IS CURRENTLY A STAFFER WHO ENGAGED IN ANTI-GAY TALK ABOUT A TECHNICIAN THAT WINCAM RELIES ON TO FIX THE EQUIPMENT.
TWO ADULT MEN, BOTH AROUND 29 YEARS OF AGE, WHO WERE ROOMMATES, LAUGHING AND SNICKERING AT A TECHNICIAN WHO COMES TO WINCAM FROM A MAJOR TV STATION, THE CLOWNS BELITTLING THE MAN AND ACCUSING HIM OF BEING GAY AND ACCUSING HIM OF LUSTING FOR THE NERDY EX-STAFFER, NOW TEACHING AT A COLLEGE.
YOU WILL BE SHOCKED IF YOU LEARN WHICH COLLEGE HE IS TEACHING AT. JUST PICK UP THE NEWSPAPER AND SEE IF, YOU GOT IT, INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR IS HAPPENING ON ONE OF THAT COLLEGE'S ALLEGED PROPERTIES
THE INDIVIDUAL USING MATCH.COM AND FACEBOOK now allegedly HAS A BEVY OF YOUNG STUDENTS TO PICK FROM, ALLEGEDLY, SINCE THERE WERE NO REPERCUSSIONS FOR THE FILTHY TALK AT WINCAM. Gives a new meaning to the old Thundertrain song "Hot For Teacher," doesn't it?
Melodie Wing refused to sit down and discuss the issue and other issues, because Melodie Wing protects wrongful conduct. The individual was actually seen working LAST MONDAY 12-1-14 (as an independent contractor) for WinCAM after making some disparaging remarks about David Gauthier.
Go figure.
so a teacher alleged to have engaged in sexually explicit language in front of students, alleged to have sexually harassed a male technician behind the man's back, is still at WinCAM and a hostile environment was generated in an attempt to shut up and stifle the whistleblower and his complaint.
WOW.
That college could have some serious issues if the Professor has graduated to dating the students, which is exactly where it looks like the desperate person was going. He certainly wasn't getting 40 hours of work done at the station, as Melodie Wing was paying him to perform
Melodie Wing ALLOWED SEX TALK TO HAPPEN ON SCHOOL PROPERTY and harassed one of the victims who reported bad conduct (a different complaint that Wing refused to give audience to "quickly and fairly" - violating her own policies and procedures.

Allan Eyden is entering his 15th year and Melodie Wing has been in about a decade. "Oh, let's make up some term limits and stay in another twenty years."
Well, that's not term limits. And why do you, cable tv subscribers, not even KNOW how many years they've been in and not even KNOW their crony-infested claim of "term limits" which - clearly - don't apply to them.
Allan Eyden's term expired November 1.
The board reappointed him after 14 years.
The board claims to have term limits.
Eyden is - allegedly - getting some dumb award when he's rarely at the station and doesn't do any work.
Do you think Eyden edits his own shows? Do you think Eyden cares about access TV? Or maybe he wants to get his mug on TV so people will acknowledge him at Bonnell Ford? Who the hell knows.
One thing is for damn sure, your students are not getting the small facetime on WinCAM and getting some award for it. Eyden is.

An honest woman with integrity caught violating her own policies and procedures for a "quick and fair" resolution would step down. An honest woman. But the entrenched cronies in Medford held on to power until we got them shut down - that Medford 501c3 attempting to tilt elections to politicians they took money from (in violation of the Internal Revenue Code) and promoted on the non-profit while they attacked politicians who wouldn't pony up.)
WinCAM has a lot of POWER in Winchester, and it has your money. Wake up and smell the coffee. WinCAM is disruptive to life in Winchester and Wing has already thrown one lawsuit under the dust in the closet.

Melodie Wing doesn't get it. She's the problem.
The board of directors is the problem. The bad staff of bad men she hired are the result of the problem. Wing has compounded the problem because Wing is selfish, holding on to WinCAM to satisfy her enormous ego, and isn't willing to look in the mirror, take a hard look at how she has conducted herself, and understood that she has had TOO MANY YEARS screwing up WinCAM and that she needs to step down and take Eyden and Pongratz with her, otherwise WinCAM's spiral to hell will continue unabated.
Wing @ WinCAM is awarding her friend this week. He's a nice man, and doesn't know he's being used. It's Melodie's "Club House" and she grabbed two awards - 2010 and 2012, Eyden is grabbing an award this week, and Melodie's partner in a tv show on the Jenks is getting an award this week.
It's now an "insider's club" and you are caught on flypaper and will be swatted down by an unscrupulous woman using the station for her own needs, not for the needs of the community.
It is so sick and twisted, and the big question is, how do you police it?
Who fires the problem when the problem is the president of the tv station and her crony board?
Just look at the failure Frank Pilleri's similar conduct was in Medford for a prime example of the direction Captain Wing has the station heading in: she's piloting the ship into the gutter.

Yeah, allegedly to serve the public, not some slob from Salem with an agenda and with an inability to control his temper, lashing out at a member in good standing who had the courage to report Gauthier's wrongful conduct.
That individual, Gauthier, has absolutely no shame and will fight for his "paycheck" your children and your senior citizens be damned.
David Gauthier will act oh nice and so professional around the parents. Your kid looks at him the wrong way and he will raise his voice, make false accusations, and threaten that if they don't shut up and take it, he will make their lives miserable. Look at the letter/e mail above and look at Melodie Wing's complete failure to listen to a legitimate grievance over inappropriate behavior at Winchester Community Access and Media.
Melodie Wing is a BIG BLACK EYE on Winchester, and her shielding Gauthier's bad practices is toxic to the non-profit, where Melodie's good friend wins Producer of the Year (he's a nice guy; the poor guy doesn't understand he's being used for Melodie's agenda) and the incredibly ugly award for Allan J. Eyden, who has been on the board of directors for way too long and doesn't realize the value of crop rotation.

School officials say two students have been expelled after they were caught taking pictures up the skirts of female faculty members.
”It's very tragic especially for the female faculty, it reflects our school in a very negative way,” Luigi Aieta, a student, said.
In late October the school's principal sent an email to parents telling them one student "had surreptitiously photographed members of the female faculty and staff in a most inappropriate manner."

"Like everyone dedicated to the nurturance of young people, BC High is vigilant about our students' access to the internet and the potential damage to anyone's privacy in the use of electronic devices. Without commenting on specific events in order to insure the privacy of our families, periodically BC High, like all schools, has to take disciplinary measures and adjust our procedures to protect our community members."
School officials say students are now required to keep their cell phones in their lockers during class time.

HIS JOB WAS TO TEACH THEM HOW TO EDIT AND HOW TO USE A CAMERA AND HOW TO HOST A SHOW, not to subject his CAPTIVE AUDIENCE to filth talk in his office which he dubbed THE CLUB HOUSE
Did any of the young students hear that ex-staffer (but still a current independent contractor) and his ex-roommate (who got hired only because he knew the alleged sexual harasser, not because he had any skills of his own) degrade a polite professional technician bragging that the Slutty Professor could (sexually) "have" that technician any time he'd like

That's the garbage festering and creeping into the woodwork at WinCAM under David Gauthier, an executive director with a legitimate complaint hanging over his head.
