MEDFORD FACILITY VIEWED TODAY BY THE EDITOR AND A SMALL GROUP INCLUDING A STATE REP AND SCHOOL COMMITTEE PERSON

Medford:
City Solicitor Mark Rumley outlined the parameters for the next non-profit to run the access TV in Medford.

How stark it is ...and how revealing, that WinCAM is actually in violation of the new, proposed policies for Medford.

1. Craft, administer and enforce by-laws, policies and procedures that foster public access and insure that all producers and members will be treated in a welcoming fashion and that no person will be discriminated against or treated in a disparate fashion.

At Winchester Community Access and Media there are allegations that a technician was harassed and called homosexual by two staffers, that those 2 staffers belittled a special needs person (see 5/30/12 complaint,) that the Executive Director David Gauthier censored, harassed, bullied and lied about a member-in-good-standing.

There is the fact that the president of the station, Winchester-based attorney Melodie A. Wing, at a board meeting, treated a member-in-good-standing poorly out of her seething envy for that member's hard work and honest efforts.

WinCAM Negligent

MEDFORD POLICIES

The alleged "Queen of Free Speech" in Winchester, charlatan Melodie A. Wing, allegedly wants to abide by By-laws which require only Winchester residents to be members of WinCAM, but allegedly wants to use the rules the A.G. has set forth for the Open Meeting Laws despite the fact that the WinCAM By-laws require adhering to the open meeting law.

In Medford, the 501c3 will be required to adhere to the Open Meeting Law.

MEDFORD PROPOSED POLICY

b. Meetings of the Board of Directors must take place here at MHS and all meetings must be convened/conducted in compliance with the MA Open Meeting Law;

THAT BIG PHONY DAVID GAUTHIER WANTS TO COMPARE WINCAM TO OTHER NON-PROFITS AND NOT OTHER ACCESS TV STATIONS.

THAT SOUNDS SO DISINGENUOUS ...IF THE E.D. HAS NOTHING TO HIDE, LIKE HIS SERIOUS LACK OF QUALIFICATIONS

this would drive MELODIE A. WING nuts!

MEDFORD PROPOSED RULE:
e. The primary function of the Board of Directors will be to provide public access to the membership and the Board of Directors shall not have any special access privileges with regard to production equipment and broadcast times, or the like;

---an award is a 'special privilege"

---i was signed in to use the computer with
iMovie on it.

---a current board member was using the computer designated for me (she wasn't on the board at the time) so I couldn't use it. She's a nice person but she was - clearly - in line to be on the board and got special privileges over me

---a nice senior citizen was on the computer designated for me.  I couldn't use the computer and was told to use a computer without iMovie, though WinCAM held no legitimate classes for Final Cut Pro that I am aware of - not in a class setting or  one-on-one as required. I was told to use iMovie - then, people with more "pull" than me got the computer - even though it was supposed to be signed out for me.

So the Jenks Center had priority over another person's show.

HOW ABOUT THE LIES JOE LAROCCA TOLD WHEN SOAP BOX TURNED INTO TWO LIVE THURSDAY NIGHT SHOWS

Anthony Gaimari and Joe LaRocca got slave labor from membership and promised help with this member's show, only they LEFT THE STATION WIDE OPEN AND ABANDONED A HOST while they were on company time.

look at this proposed Medford rule

medford's policies:
7. Paid staff members are to be prohibited from being producers. Their primary purpose is to provide proficient, organized and regularly scheduled training for producers, including, as needed, training in the operation of the studio and control room facilities;

WHAT?

NO FACEBOOK.COM

REPORTEDLY, JOE LAROCCA APPLIED TO A NUMBER OF ACCESS STATIONS AND WAS REJECTED FOR EMPLOYMENT...ALLEGEDLY

The staffers at 80 Skillings Road thought
they should get SPECIAL TREATMENT and that the members are to be kicked around and ridiculed.

the 'CLUB HOUSE' was part of Melodie A. Wing's PRIVATE ACCESS for her chosen disciples.

It is NOT how access TV is, and because David Gauthier is such a coward and afraid to compare himself to other executive directors and other access stations, we shall do it for him!

When you see the difference, you cable TV subscribers in Winchester should loudly demand improvements and the removal of Wing, Allan Eyden, Peter Pongratz, Gauthier, Gaimari, LaRocca and Sean O'Brien.
