After studying the 10/29/13 interaction you had with the Winchester Issuing Authority, the board of Selectmen, there are numerous questions:
1)Is it no true that there are NO term limits for the board of directors of WinCAM - even though the WinCAM board discussed limiting the terms of board members?
---shouldn't you and Allan J. Eyden voluntarily step down as 3 other board members recently did?

2)Ms. Wing tells the Board of Selectmen that WinCAM "continue(s) to work at increasing our volunteer base" while:
a)one new member had his check returned to him - according to a source, joining in August and being removed in November
b)the removal of all outside members who contributed great content is in direct conflict with Wing's presentation to the Issuing Authority, the Selecmen

3)So the By-laws say to adhere to the Open Meeting Laws, but for 10 years or more WinCAM violated its own By-laws allowing for non-residents to join.
Isn't this "cherry picking" by the current, long-time entrenched cronies on the WinCAM board?
Is cronyism good for the town of Winchester?
If Salem resident David Gauthier writes (while lying through his teeth...or his typewriter) "WinCAM is for Winchester" then:
a)why is a pathological liar from another city the executive director? Put it up on the viewer...oops...you can't...the monitor is cracked! Terminate that employee! (Which one, Gauthier or Gaimari? The answer: BOTH!)
b)If WinCAM is for Winchester shouldn't people other than board members of WinCAM win awards? Why does David Gauthier allow Allan J. Eyden and Melodie Wing to win awards at the Christmas party? Oh, because they've been in the longest and Gauthier fears if he doesn't kiss ass they will acknowledge that he pales in comparison to Cronin and Gay, the previous E.D.'s

4)If David Gauthier states at the annual meeting that WinCAM models itself after other non-profits, not other access stations:
a)Why is he E.D.? with a statement like that?
b)Have you COMPARED the poor work ethic and complaints on Gauthier to people in a similar position in Stoneham, Arlington, Burlington, Malden etc?
c)Compare embattled Gauthier to other E.D.'s at other Winchester non-profits. Did potty-mouth language about a technician occur at other non-profits? Did other non-profits have poor membership retention and harass members in good standing?

A COMPLAINT WAS FILED ON 5/30/12 and another one 5/31/12. Ten days or so later Wing violates her policies and procedures in an e mail saying THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE TURN SLOWLY
Who the hell is she? Judge Melodie Wing?
UGGGH! What poor business practices for an attorney alleging she is up on non-profit rules.
It's just entrenched townies using the resources to benefit their own programming at the expense of the members.
That's all it is.
And it is WRONG.
Melodie Wing is WRONG for Winchester.
Lots more stuff we are uncovering. No one has ever scrutinized WinCAM before. Why is that?

Free classes - year round!
Not completely true (Only Judi K and Steve Gay had classes that this member saw.)
Here is where it is really
FALSE; Joe LaRocca wouldn't teach classes. He would actually do your show in a zip, edit for you, not with you, no classes, no certifications that this member saw in 4 years, and then he'd run back to Match.com or Facebook.com and screw around on company time.
That is, when he wasn't doing his own show, probably on your dime, your prime time dime, and then skips out while abandoning a member in good standing who is on the air and wasn't even informed that Elvis had left the building.
Well, not Elvis, but deficient LaRocca and Anthony Gaimari, 3 weeks in a row leaving the high school wide open, not telling the host who was on the air, behind the high school, in the dark.
Medical records could have been stolen. Personnel files. Students in the know, possibly coming down from the basketball court, could have slipped into an empty high school and changed their report cards, who knows what could have happened due to the irresponsibility of LaRocca and Gaimari.
So - the police only have to confiscate the time cards from the security company, and LaRocca's personal lap top, and the old WinCAM hard drives and see:
a)The time cards - if they check in late and left early?
b)if they were on Match.com and Facebook instead of offering classes, as the blue advertising flyer promised.
There are 9 classes listed. This member in good standing only witnessed Judi K and Steve Gay giving classes. Why is that?
I wonder why that is?
Both employees no longer there.

The answer is obvious, the point is made.
IF Allan Eyden and Melodie Wing and Peter Pongratz and David Gauthier stay on, they serve themselves, not the community, and the great damage they have done continues.
