WINCAM TIMELINE, watch it closely

Timeline

Case against Town of Winchester DISMISSED

10/3/2011 Middlesex Superior Court
Case: Gay et. al vs Winchester Community Access and Media et. al

Notices mailed from Judge Daniel Wrenn.
Wrenn is the good judge who dismissed the TV3
case Dawn Natalia filed against this author.

Dawn Natalia had allegedly applied for the job at WinCAM of Executive Director and it allegedly   was DENIED her.

June of 2012  Melodie A. Wing says "the wheels of justice" move slowly as if a board of directors is a court of law.

This is in direct conflict with the WinCAM manual / policies and procedure calling for a quick and fair resolution

The complaints were filed on a former staffer and on Executive Director David Gauthier.

The former staffer once said he would only come back to WinCAM because of Gauthier; he changed his statement and said he wouldn't come back BECAUSE of Gauthier.

On December 1, 2014 this writer was at the Selectmen board meeting of Winchester to see Senator Jehlen (she had not yet arrived) and the former staffer was again "working the board"
as he had when I first spoke to the Selectmen about WinCAM.

December 2012  Producer of the Year is
Melodie A. Wing, the President of WinCAM

Don't you find it odd that a complaint was filed on an executive director and - possibly - to butter up the boss - she - voila - is the Producer of the Year?

It gets worse

2014  Allan J. Eyden gets an award, how despicable.  Eyden's been on the board since 2000.

Who comes up with these awards in 2014?
Gauthier???  Why didn't he award himself....oh, that's right, he's too busy toasting himself with your champagne

Jerry Ross is a sweet senior citizen, a very nice guy.  Guess who's show he edits?

The Jenks Center - the show that WinCAM President Melodie A. Wing works on.

Jerry is a wonderful human being, but notice the insider's club.

Allan J. Eyden, founding member of WinCAM should be ashamed of himself.  He should have stepped down and resigned but the "board" appointed him for another term after FOURTEEN YEARS and a trail of unhappy people behind him from Cronin to Adam to Jennifer to Steve to many, many members I won't write here.

The timeline shows the INSIDER'S CLUB

It is despicable, it is disgraceful, it is truly an abuse of the cable TV subscriber franchise fees to serve at the pleasure of a group of entrenched cronies who unfairly award themselves and glorify themselves with your resource.

The Resource of P/E/G/ IS Yours, Not Theirs!
