GAY BASHING OF TECHNICIAN AT
WINCAM COMPLAINT NOT HEARD BY HOMOSEXUAL BOARD MEMBER
An openly homosexual member of WinCAM from Medford phoned what we in the community call a "gay brother" on the board of directors at WinCAM to alert him to the abuse a technician from one of the major TV stations was receiving from two staffers.
The event recalled here without using the man's name:

Two of the employees made sexually-charged remarks about the individual, claiming that the fellow (the technician) had a crush on one of the employees with bragging about what the employee could "get out of " the man for Christmas.
WITH SEXUAL HARASSMENT SIGNS POSTED AT THE HOSTILE ATMOSPHERE, the victim - most likely - has no idea that he is being perceived as a sexual object that the allegedly heterosexual harasser claimed he could "have" at any time.

The parallels between WinCAM and shuttered MCC TV3 in Medford continue as MCC TV3 had what we call a turncoat "gay uncle Tom" on its board of directors. That individual, arrested twice in the span of one year in 2013 and 2014, had a co-host alleged to be using the "N" word at the station.
He didn't use the "n word" on the air - where it would have been repugnant but somewhat legal - but at the station in front of members.
The co-host who issued the gay and African American slurs was the station manager of MCC TV3 in 2002.
The betrayal in Medford is happening in Winchester as well.
Members of a minority community failing to help others in the community victimized by people in the majority. We call it the "Gay Uncle Tom effect." Betrayal by a community member of his own community.

Along with ugly terms like "a spade is a spade" and "a fag is a fag" the individual blurted out "An (n-word) is an (n-word)" and that he could say those vulgar terms because he "doesn't discriminate." That individual, who looks exactly like he could be the twin brother of WinCAM's Facebook-friendly Sean O'Brien (or should we say, another WinCAM staffer allegedly addicted to Facebook,) and whose name is "Big Steve" Marra, allegedly was caught recently using the resources of the Medford Housing Authority as a mail drop as he allegedly is in hiding. A sports host ridiculed by Melodie Wing at a WinCAM board meeting was informed that the individual was using his mother's mailbox at Medford Housing for his surreptitious mail deliveries. It was this publication that reported the bigoted Marra to the authorities and allegedly the nonsense was halted.
It goes to the content of their character, those creepy individuals, and "birds of a feather" flock together.
Medford is better off without the entrenched cronies ruining
access TV; WinCAM will benefit with the removal of the full-of-themselves entrenched cronies who allowed gay bashing and sex talk on high school property.

The alleged "born-again Christian" @ MCC TV3 Medford - Steven Marra - co-hosted the hateful Friday night show which abused a former female WinCAM member on the air (she wasn't a member of MCC TV3, but she, a Medford resident, was a member of WinCAM.) What happened to that woman on the "gay uncle Tom's" Friday night filth fest was lewd commentary from the homosexual host saying "She's not interested in" him, the host (who would be? The fellow was so desperate he was arrested for allegedly giving alcohol to a minor for an alleged P-Town sleepover on July 8, 2014.) It was followed up by a pretty woman (allegedly a station staffer as well) wagging her tongue lasciviously at the camera saying about the WinCAM member (on Medford tv) "She wants me! She wants me!"
This kind of gay bashing went on at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. facilitated by the gay uncle Tom who should have been facilitating public access, not engaging in an alleged hate crime. Shame on WinCAM for acting so 'holier-than-thou" but inflicting the same crude, juvenile behavior on the community of Winchester under the auspices of Salem resident David Gauthier, the failed E.D. of WinCAM.

The individual at WinCAM who said Medford should be held to higher standards was snickering about some handsome guy from one of the major TV stations.
So Medford should do what the ex-staffer (still an independent contractor for WinCAM) says, but not what he does - how vulgar.
The technician would come to WinCAM and face ridicule behind his back that two allegedly heterosexual staffers thought not only that the fellow (who alleged lives with a woman) is gay, but that "he wants" one of the staffers (now a film professor at a local college.)

The homosexual board member of WinCAM would never go on the air and do that, not as a "respectable" member of the business community and being one of the founding members of WinCAM, but he did something just as bad. When a homosexual member phoned him to talk about complaints the gay board member said "I can't talk without all members of the board being there."
Got it, people? That's just as bad as the Medford TV3 Friday Night Filth Fest because a homosexual male who helped found WinCAM refused to hear complaints, and the board of directors refused to hear the complaints as a whole for about 30 months now, in direct conflict with WinCAM policies and procedure

The hostile environment at WinCAM continues to this day under David Gauthier, the embattled "executive director." Gauthier should have demanded the complaint on the staffer go through...but he couldn't...you see Gauthier himself is the subject of a complaint the board of directors ignored.
And when a LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT is ignored, the gay bashing, the sexual harassment of students at the high school and members of WinCAM continue, and the whistleblower is retaliated against.

He is the same individual alleged to have claimed a technician from a major TV station was sexually interested in him and that if he gave himself to the person sexually he could name his price for gifts at Christmastime (paraphrased.) Disgusting.
