this is PUBLIC INFORMATION
ABOUT A PUBLIC FIGURE
ATTORNEY MELODIE A. WING

 This voluminous lawsuit,
which is estimated to be 300-500 pages of
documents viewed at
Middlesex Superior Court
earlier this afternoon (around 3:50 PM)
is truncated, of course, to give the
highlights.

These exhibits are large on this media site.
You may want to enlarge them on your computer for greater detail

These documents provide information on how Attorney Melodie A. Wing chooses to do business.  Follow the timeline.

January 2010 this member in good standing joined WinCAM and, after paying his membership dues, was asked if he could help out with the basketball game upstairs running a camera.  The volunteer complied.

July 1, 2010
Melodie A. Wing assumes the

presidency of WinCAM from the retirement of Evander "Vandy" French.
Rumor has it that someone else
was in line to be president
but Wing, allegedly, gave an excuse as why
she should assume the presidency

December 31, 2010 the
above summons was issued
and Ms. Wing became a defendant

May 30, 2012 and May 31, 2012
Wing received two complaints on
staffers
David Gauthier
Joseph LaRocca

Wing wrote less than 2 weeks later
"the wheels of justice move slowly"
in direct conflict with the manual
which states complaints be handled
"quickly and fairly."

Over the past 31 months
the victim has been subjected to
verbal abuse, censorship by both individuals who had complaints filed on them,
and other abuses that won't be
referenced here as litigation against the station is being discussed.

EXHIBIT 2

At 4:37 PM December 16th, 2014
WEEI Radio, Dale Arnold,
said "...once there's a hint of something wrong (in the NFL - National Football League) the entire system falls apart."

Arnold was discussing betting and sports, and if there was a hint of wrongful conduct in that regard, it would upset the NFL applecart.

Doesn't Public Access TV actually have to be held to a higher standard?  It is FREE SPEECH,
the 1st Amendment
and it is for every person, not just elite
athletes making millions of dollars.

THE PUBLIC TRUST
is what is in the discussion here.
when a PUBLIC station acts
PRIVATE and bullies people,
there must be
ACCOUNTABILITY

Melodie A. Wing walks around like she's some saint. She's not.  She's a human being with flaws like everyone else.   Wing ignores her flaws, she ignores her duty to members who PAY MONEY and she acts like Captain Ahab, getting confrontational by allowing her subordinates like Joseph LaRocca and David Gauthier
go on the attack.

This is Wing's responsibility and Wing failed.

She needs to IMMEDIATELY step down
because her presidency at WinCAM is a
DISASTER

Compare Wing's reign of terror

to the purported popularity of Vandy French,
her predecessor.

Do you see lawsuits against other
presidents?

Yes, TV3 Medford

Frank Pilleri, removed by the Mayor,

hauled out of Medford City Hall
by a police officer for being disruptive
in August of 2013.

So while embattled Pilleri at TV3 was
in the process of losing a station,
was in court, had to deal with
allegations of racism and inappropriate
cablecasts,
Wing in Winchester was dealing
with complaints from a member or members       and allegedly 2 ex staffers  (the court case against Wing and WinCAM allegedly was still alive at that time)

THE BOTTOM LINE

AN ACCESS STATION
WITH SO MANY COMPLAINTS
FAILING AT MEMBERSHIP RETENTION

IS A HOSTILE ATMOSPHERE
WHERE THE PUBLIC SAFETY
IS A SERIOUS ISSUE

EXHIBIT 4

Now this document looks very troubling.

WinCAM tells the Issuing Authority, the Selectmen of Winchester
that it is a 1st Amendment venue.

Is this document proof of stifling free speech and the right to petition?

We're looking into this further. Make no judgment on this issue until more
information is available.
