BOSTON COLLEGE FACULTY MEMBER's BLATANT AGE DISCRIMINATION ON OLDER VICTIM

The individual who harassed me was allowed to interview A -list guests through his victim's kindness. The "jealous" staffer, to use his own word, envious that the member has a movie in worldwide release (a documentary on a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame artist) on a major distributor, relentlessly attacked the man. The staffer also had his own show, allegedly while accepting a pay check, and then would leave the facility wide open so that his victim had no staff, and could have been mugged. So Boston College wants a teacher who was so negligent that he left the Winchester High School wide open, no burglar alarm, no staffers, just a member alone in the dark, live on the air.  Boston College must have exceptionally low standards for teachers. So why do you pay a huge tuition for your college student? SOMEONE ON THE BOSTON COLLEGE FACULTY, IN THE FILM DEPARTMENT, SENT AN UNPROVOKED HARASSING E MAIL TO A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING IN AN ATTEMPT TO BULLY HIM OUT OF THE STATION. WHAT KIND OF COLLEGE HIRES A  HOT HEAD THAT DISCRIMINATES ABOUT SOMEONE'S AGE AND LIES ABOUT THE MAN'S EMPLOYMENT. WHEN AN ATTORNEY IN MEDFORD LIED ABOUT THE MAN'S EMPLOYMENT STATUS IN FRONT OF JUDGE SINGH SHE SLAPPED THAT MISCREANT DOWN FOR VIOLATING RULE 11 IN OPEN COURT   BUT MELODIE WING, KNOWING IT WAS AGE DISCRIMINATION, REFUSED TO REVIEW   THE COMPLAINT 'QUICKLY AND FAIRLY." The Manual Exhibit C MELODIE WING WAS TARDY IN VIOLATION OF THE MANUAL MELODIE WING WAS UNFAIR IN VIOLATION OF THE MANUAL WINCAM, WHO HIRED THE MAN AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HAD A STAFFER THAT HARASSED THE MAN ABOUT HIS AGE. The Policy The policy can be obtained in section 1-200-025 of the Boston College Policies and Procedures Manual and in the Harassment Counselor's office. It defines harassment and sets forth the procedures to be followed when filing a formal complaint of discriminatory harassment. Many problems of harassment, however, can be resolved without filing a formal complaint. To address a problem you have to be able to recognize harassment when it is happening to you. We have attempted to answer some questions you may have about discriminatory harassment. Please read on. File a written complaint. If informal actions like those suggested above fail to stop the behavior in question, file a formal, written complaint as described in the University's Discriminatory Harassment Policy. While informal measures can often stop harassment, in some instances immediate intervention and/or a more formal action may be required. See the Harassment Counselor for an explanation of how the formal process works and for help in filing a written complaint.   Remember that complaints are handled privately and are acted on as promptly as possible.   Be assured that retaliation is prohibited, and if it occurs it will be treated as another serious form of harassment.
