people who lack credentials so they aren't a threat to his employment.

DID DAVID GAUTHIER TELL THE BOARD THAT THE MONITOR HAD 'DIED" TO LIE AND PROTECT THE INEPT AND UNQUALIFIED ANTHONY GAIMARI?
WHERE ARE THOSE MEETING MINUTES THE TOWN SELECTMEN WANT POSTED ON THE INTERNET.
THE PUBLIC WILL HAVE CAUGHT GAUTHIER RED-HANDED IF THE MEETING MINUTES HAVE THE PERTINENT INFORMATION AND IF THEY WERE POSTED.
HMMMM...... YA THINK THOSE MINUTES MIGHT BE FLOATING AROUND?

Anthony told me he had dropped it, I believe Joe and David were there.
I did see the monitor...it was all smashed like it had been dropped. So I did see it after the fact. It didn't just "die".

hack roommate of an individual engaged in
blatant AGE DISCRIMINATION

Which means Gauthier should never have been

THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH NON-PROFITS HAVING NO CHECKS AND BALANCES WHEN THEY GET PUBLIC MONIES.
MELODIE WING LIKES TO HAVE A 'SECRET SOCIETY' BUT THE DAMAGE DONE TO WINCHESTER BY WING'S REPEATED BAD HIRING PRACTICES ARE SIMPLY MORE PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE AS TO WHY WING IS BAD FOR WINCAM
WAS AT A FOUR AND A HALF HOUR CHRISTMAS PARTY EARLIER TONIGHT, WHICH IS WHY THIS MATERIAL DIDN'T POST EARLIER, BUT DID TAKE A TIME-OUT AT THE PARTY TO MAKE SOME NOTES ON THE NEXT PHASE OF THIS INVESTIGATION.
THERE WILL BE A BOOK ON MANY NON-PROFITS AND HOW THEY DROP UNDER THE RADAR WITH THEIR WRONGFUL CONDUCT.
IF DAVID GAUTHIER IS STILL EMPLOYED AT WINCAM COME JANUARY, THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER LOSES.
THE BIG QUESTION IS:
DID DAVID GAUTHIER TELL A BALD-FACED LIE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT WINCAM.
DID GAUTHIER LIE AND SAY THE MONITOR SIMPLY "DIED" ??? WHEN THE STAFFER PERSONALLY TOLD ME THAT HE HAD DROPPED THE MONITER.
MONIES SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ANTHONY GAIMARI'S PAYCHECK, AND GAIMARI'S UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ETHIC should have led TO GAIMARI'S IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
gaimari's qualifications?
He was Joe LaRocca's roommate in Medford when they lived with a third fellow we won't name that they called "the pot head."
even someone they lived with was called names by the unprofessional duo, who made awful remarks about many people, sometimes in front of the school children at 80 Skillings Road.
Such a bad example from a teacher who was supposed to teach computer and camera skills, but was too busy on Facebook and Match.com
Forensics can look at the WinCAM computers and LaRocca's laptop...go there and find the facts about the "work ethic" of Gaimari and LaRocca.
