It's a small community, and many people in our small P/E/G community are buzzing about the awful conduct at WinCAM - Winchester Community Access and Media.
The butt of jokes used to be the young imbecile from Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. with his "Dirty Talk Live" show, his harassment at City Hall and other facts backed up by evidence, police reports, the attorney and the president of the station being escorted out of City Hall by the Medford police.
But P/E/G stations expected Winchester residents to be more aware of their non-profits.
The cracked monitor and the age discrimination e mail are the tip of the iceberg. Access stations know how bad it is at WinCAM...
it's Medford all over again.

After the now-B.C. faculty member harassed a member-in-good-standing yelling "You'll NEVER get a job in access TV" - lo and behold, the individual now at Boston College was going from access tv station to access tv station...and no one would hire him.
And the complaint on him was not made public yet.
Go figure. Stations didn't even KNOW what a vulgar, petty, unprofessional harasser that individual is, and J.L. allegedly STILL couldn't get hired at other access stations.
Got it?
He yells at his victim that he will "never" get hired (and was he putting his resume' out there? No! It was just some child behaving like TV3 Medford, a 29 year old child...how pathetic) when it was the abuser that found the doors slammed in his face when he attempted to get rehired elsewhere.
Ya think someone wants to pay someone to be on Match.com and Facebook.com all day?
Or scribbling on multiple DVD sleeves. Oh there are lots and lots of them that were in the recycling that I was allowed to recycle, not just one, trust us on that.
(And the sheer amount of them are proof positive the clown wasn't working for his paycheck)

WinCAM "president" Melodie Wing is such an enabler. Ten years on the board and Wing refused to address the fact that her staff committed an act of Age Discrimination.
Hideous. If that's what her pet thinks of a member-in-good-standing, it would be safe to say that's what her poodle thought of her and anyone else in our age group. Read it and weep, Melodie. This part of the saga falls squarely on the shoulders of Melodie Wing and David Gauthier, as negligent as they both were.
Gauthier shrugging his shoulders on erased content: "It happens."
Pathetic. Not with a qualified E.D. it doesn't happen.
