Question: How many members have been "certified" after taking classes from Anthony Gaimari? Sean O'Brien? David Gauthier?
Question: How much programming has been generated by those members?
Question: If Gauthier and Gaimari displayed inexperience to this member, and they didn't have a teacher until the past couple of months, why have 4 years elapsed with no timely classes set up, with a flourishing membership flocking to those classes, and flourishing content generated by the huge membership Gauthier is bragging he has, as old members have fled from the bullying en masse.
If your child hears dirty talk and complains to David Gauthier, Gauthier will possibly/allegedly bully, harass and push your child out of WinCAM
The truth is coming out about the PUBLIC access TV station. Transparency is anathema to them, and their own manual is ignored by the staff and the board of directors.
The Unholy Trio of Melodie Wing (10 years,) Allan J. Eyden (going on his 15th year) and Peter J. Pongratz still control half the board, despite three board members leaving recently.

Wing is just vicious to people who she is envious of. Don't let her "little old lady" routine fool you, she's a small town megalomaniac holding on to power, and working with Eyden and Pongratz to take over WinCAM, the community's media center, which is the Eyden/Wing sandbox.
In their playpen the long-time board members suck up phony "awards" from an insecure "executive director" who knows that the previous two e.d.'s ran circles around him.
Soap Box and other popular shows have been bullied off the air by Gauthier, who thinks he is at NBC instead of facilitating local programming.
Gauthier has numbers to provide you, but he won't show them.
That's because the little problems of:
---membership retention
---certifications
---factual evidence of "classes"
---programming by members
is something that can't be justified with Gauthier's foolish "23 percent" this and "35 percent" that.
Gauthier may have numbers to back-up his percentages, but they are hollow. He seems to want a merry-go-round of members who haven't learned computer and camera skills, Gauthier a better interior decorator than e.d., although his huge office (a metaphor for his ego) comes, ostensibly, at the expense of the tiny tv studio and 1/4 of the size the station had at the high school.
Age discrimination
abuse of members
bullying, yelling
lies
How do you run a non-profit that way?
What DID David Gauthier say about the monitor that "died?"
It didn't die on its own; it was murdered by an incompetent doofus staffer who spends more time attacking members and calling them stupid (when he's not searching Facebook) than going to class and learning the craft.
That imbecile's "resume" ??? He allegedly lived in an apartment in Medford with someone he called a "pot head" and with someone who already had a job at WinCAM. It's called a "hack hire" - and when a negligent board of directors turns a blind eye to legitimate complaints, all hell breaks loose, programming gets either sabotaged or erased or both, and members get ripped off, the money they pay entitles them to harassment by an overweight blowhard from Salem, Massachusetts with most of the obesity above the neckline.
Why such harsh terms?
Because Winchester NEEDS TO BE WARNED of the living hell the bad staff members and bad board members create to scare people into submission.
They will do it even more if they know you are suffering or hurting.
Melodie Wing's actions have been malicious, and that is a fact that I can prove.
The Selectmen need to pressure WinCAM's board to remove Pongratz, Wing and Eyden.

AUSTIN,
Texas - A top Texas health official who resigned amid questions over
$110 million in no-bid contracts is standing by the Austin tech company
he hired.
Ex-Texas health official defends no-bid contracts
Jack Stick, former chief counsel for Texas Health and Human Services, resigned Friday after officials concluded that work outsourced to 21CT was awarded unfairly. The agency also canceled the contracts.
His resignation came after an investigation by the Austin American-Statesman found that Stick and other state officials eagerly tried to get 21CT to revamp efforts to identify Medicaid fraud. Stephanie Goodman, a spokeswoman for the state's health agency, said 21CT avoided the usual competitive bid process because it was the only company that offered a technology Stick had presented as the future of fraud investigations.
