David Gauthier's thin resume'
David has been working in public access television for over fifteen years. David is responsible for WinCAM's daily operation as well as planning for its future. 

 Questions: Was David Gauthier ever an executive director ?

What has David Gauthier actually DONE in public access?

How can an individual plan for the future when his present is rocky, complaint-ridden and the result - poor membership retention, lost programming, bullying, allegations of sexual harassment on the high school property, certainly is NOT beneficial for Wincheseter when the unqualified e.d. has to drive down from Salem every day.   That individual has shown he doesn't give a damn about Winchester, that it is about a paycheck Gauthier's documented e mails prove he does not deserve.

When this author asked the board about Gauthier's poor "membership retention" all Gauthier could do was shake his head "no."  What a jerk.  No documents, no proof, the lazy man's way out.  He shakes his head no.  The public funding that enormous paycheck and getting another non-profit bully in return is getting cheated by David Gauthier ...and the board of directors as he does their bidding.  That's all he does well, makes sure that Melodie's Jenks shows and Allan Eyden's facetime are done perfectly, while members get bad audio if the staff wants to sabotage them, though soon-to-be-board members are treated like they are gold.  Go figure.  It is selfish and it is wrong.  David Gauthier is wrong for Winchester.
