Wow...with Twenty Three Percent more membership declared by embattled executive director from Salem, David Gauthier, don't you find it odd that the 14 year veteran of the "board" is given an award along with two members who don't have recognizable names and a wonderful gentleman, Jerry Ross, who deserves it, yet his award has the shadow and specter of Melodie A. Wing's fingerprints on it as she is the de-facto partner of that nice man's show.
