Be a WHISTLEBLOWER at your own risk.
In 2010 I was an independent contractor for Winchester Community Access and Media.
The rules were not followed by staffers when one staffer told school children, on school property, about his alleged sexual exploits with a number of women, in his own handwriting.
WINCHESTER PARENTS...
DAVID GAUTHIER AT WINCAM DOESN'T WANT ANYONE TO BE A 'STICKLER' FOR THE RULES.
IT'S IN AN E MAIL, NOTED BELOW.
look what the Executive Director says if you complain about wrongful conduct by the staff at WinCAM -
Do you think school children ages 14,15 and 16 need to know allegedly how many times some "stud" who is in a POSITION OF AUTHORITY had sexual congress allegedly with the first names of the women noted in this DVD sleeve in that person's own handwriting.
Isn't that degrading to women?
Is that a good model for school kids, promiscuity in the age of HIV/AIDS and other social diseases?
That individual was TOLD that the actions were inappropriate yet he chose to continue talking to the teenagers that way saying his office was "the club house."

If you want to be a stickler for the rules and have every rule followed to the letter, then you’ll probably have more of the professional – what you call “chill” – relationship.
I hope we can work this out to everyone’s satisfaction.
DG
Thu, 5/24/12, David Gauthier that is a threat of retaliation if you follow
the rules.
david gauthier ALLOWED INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR TO FLOURISH ON SCHOOL PROPERTY
IS THERE AN ATTORNEY at the station?
(ATTORNEYS on any non-profit board of directors have strict rules they have to follow...more about that soon...)
